Concrete Vibrator
Wacker high frequency concrete vibrators offer high performance and
convenient concrete consolidation. Wacker's high frequency motor-in-
head concrete vibrator features a unique integrated converter that
allows the unit to plug directly into a standard 115V outlet. This
patented system gives you the performance of high frequency without
an expensive high cycle generator. The micro inverter automatically
changes single phase 60 cycle to three phase 180 power which
guarantees consistent RPM with no loss under load. This means
maximum productivity from a system designed to keep you on the job.
- Built in motor protection for short circuits, ground fault, high
temperature, voltage variations and phase failures.
- Class H windings plus thermal protection switches provide for
full motor protection. Sealed switch housing encloses the
electronic components that are embedded in a special resin to
ensure optimum protection against moisture, impact and
vibration
- Soft start eliminates amperage surge when the unit is turned
on. This allows for smaller generators to be used.
- Oil lubricated high performance roller bearings provide for
reduced maintenance and high durability. Induction hardened
vibrator housing inside and outside extend operating life.
- For high quality results on foundations, walls, columns, inplant
production and where high frequency concrete vibration is
required
